Our solution
To improve communication with customers and between the team, Event Mobile Catering needed a communication solution that would deliver a stable service and better collaboration. Techsol Group recommended Microsoft 365 as it has the functionality needed to communicate effectively, via email and Microsoft Teams and also has the ability to share calendars.
In addition to this, Techsol Group also provided Event Mobile Catering with a backup solution that allows emails to be backed up regularly. Microsoft 365 offers the flexibility that Event Mobile Catering needs, along with predictable costs.
Summary
Emails were transferred seamlessly from their previous supplier, and as a result the Event Mobile Catering team now have better visibility of where staff and catering units are at any given time.
