Sage Intacct support costs
Support costs for your Sage Intacct software will depend on the number of users you have for the system, and any additional modules you choose. Our support contracts run for 12-months as standard, and are uncapped on the number of support tickets you can log.
We believe we keep our support costs competitive against other Sage providers, and add extra value through the level of knowledge and quality of customer service our support technicians provide. If there is ever a system fault we're unable to resolve remotely, we'll conduct an on-site visit at no extra cost.
