Our Process
Techsol Group will carry out a scoping exercise, based on your requirements to determine your budget, timescale and system wish list and fundamental list of requirements.
Time spent on the initial scoping and agreeing the right processes and solution for your business is never wasted time, as a well thought out plan can reap dividends further on in a project. Techsol Group will engage with your internal project team at every stage of the design and implementation to ensure that together we deliver the best solution for your business. Once the initial scoping stage is complete, we will present you with our recommended solution. Whilst our recommendations are based on our knowledge and experience in implementing Opera 3 solutions, our recommendations are a two-way process and we welcome any comments and changes, as only you can know your business and the best way for your business to work.
When we have both agreed on the best way to move forward for your business, we will start designing your solution and creating a test environment so you can experience a working version before go-live.
Once the test solution has been signed off we will agree a migration plan from your existing accounting solution to your Opera 3 solution, we will do this in a modular approach to ensure minimal disruption to your business and to ensure that you are happy with all aspects of the solution.
