History
Founded over 20 years ago, Techsol Group have evolved from its roots of being a traditional technology solutions provider, trading through four specialist subsidiaries, Amitech IT, Micross Logic, Bit Systems and Applied Business Solutions, into a single digital transformation solutions provider.
Combining forces and merging the companies together has allowed us to offer customers a far superior offering, whereby they can choose one single provider as their technology partner. No longer needing to manage multiple solutions providers and with only one company to contact for support.
Supported by over 40 staff, each working in a specialist area, we provide personalised services for our customers across the UK. Working with industry-leading software partners, we deliver, develop, and support a host of technologies that revolutionise workplaces.

Techsol Group acquire GyllyTech, increasing their presence in the South West
Techsol Group become a Sage Intacct partner
Amitech IT & Micross Logic merge as one business under the name Techsol Group

Amitech IT won the Terra Reseller & Mobile Reseller of the year awards

Amitech IT won the Terra Reseller Award

Amitech IT achieves Datto Gold Partner status

Amitech IT becomes a Terra Platinum Partner

Bit Systems recreated as a specialist POS and stock control company as a split off from Micross Logic

Amitech IT started offering IT Services in Devon as well as Cornwall and South Wales
Opened our office in Devon
Micross IT changed their name to Amitech IT to become more of a stand alone business
2015
Micross IT won the Terra Reseller Award
2014
Acquired the trade of Coast Business Solutions in Plymouth to expand into Sage Manufacturing
2013
Achieved Sage Strategic Partner Status
Micross Logic became a Sage Strategic Partner
Moved to our shiny new premises in St Austell
Micross IT partnered with Terra who are renowned in Europe for the quality of their IT equipment
2012
Created Micross Logic as a spin off from Micross Apps as a specialist Sage solutions providers
Acquired Bit Systems in Cornwall to increase our Sage service offering and geographical spread
Micross IT expanded to start offering IT Support in Cornwall as well as South Wales
2008
Created Micross Group (now Techsol Group) as a vehicle for further expansion and growth
Moved to the Maltings for a more central Cardiff location
2007
Micross IT became a Microsoft Silver Partner
2006
Micross IT was created as a spin off from Micross Apps to specialise in IT Services
2005
Became a Sage Accredited Partner
2002
Micross Apps started offering IT Managed IT Services as a Microsoft Partner
