The majority of our support calls are dealt with via email or through one to one phone conversations; where required our support team utilise LogMeIn to fix issues remotely or if issues cannot be fixed remotely we will make an on-site visit to ensure that the problem is resolved.
We have a direct line to our support team, as well as our monitored helpdesk so our staff are always on hand to help and will prioritise issues based on their severity. Our key focus is to make sure that all of our customers, no matter what their size, always receive a rapid response and fix any issues or problems.

Support Services Costs
Our Pegasus support costs are based on the number of users and modules that you have. Support contracts usually relate to one year’s contract and the number of support calls that you can log are uncapped.

Techsol Group have experience in supporting all versions of Pegasus Software solutions, however, to comply with the 2019 Making Tax Digital regulations we would always recommend that you are on the latest version.
